It's been a year and I've relived the last days of Michael's life this week. A few hours from now he left this life for another, one year ago. It begins with his birthday on the 18th, leaving from Mexico the following day, driving north with two Kaiser emergency stops inbetween and 24 hours or less in hospice.
We received some 50 sympathy cards and below is the online guest book entries.

Dearest Olie and family,I just opened up my account and we are still shoked in knowledge your lovely husband passed away. We feel so sorry, did he do much for my older boys during our stay in S.F.He always was a friendly man, helping and serving others. Our deepest sympathy Olie and family. May God bless you to get through this difficult time. But: don't we've the great knowledge we'll see each other one day? I know at the moment it's too hard to understand that he had to go too young. We've the privileg to see each other one day that is our comfort, our perspective for eternity. Our deepest condolences, Angélique with Dewi & Maurice, also in the name of my sons Daniel & Mario. My special love to you, Olie
