These little ones came to us July 6. JD has dark hair. MM has lighter hair and fair skin. Adam and Stephanie waited eight years. They say the wait was worth it. The three grandparents have met them and think they're beyond adorable. One grandparent is smiling down from above.

Meanwhile, the California Pacific Medical Center is building a hospital on Van Ness that will free up 4.9 acres at 3700 California St. in Presidio Heights. CPMC, which is three years away from opening its new hospital, has yet to initiate the development process. The CPMC buildings have serious seismic challenges and will be demolished.
