Brown Rice Breakfast
Cook rice according to directions. Use 2 cups cooked rice, chopped dates, slivered almonds, drizzle with almond/coconut blend milk, add stevia or agave if desired.
Baclava Breakfast
Plain yogurt, cover with plain bite-size shredded wheat, drizzle honey, add walnut bits.
Uncooked Oatmeal Breakfast
Take 5-minute oatmeal, add sliced banana, chopped apple or pear, sliced kiwi, raisins, nuts of choice, almond/coconut blend milk.
