Hummingbirds
One day while camping with Michael and sitting across from each other at the picnic table I suddenly felt and heard a buzz at my right ear. I made no move. Michael asked if I knew what that was. It was a hummingbird. I named our property Hummingbird Hill when we moved and I delight in them whenever I hear their beady sound and see them. So Paul and I are on the bench reading scriptures before his 12-hour drive home yesterday and a hummer comes within a yard of me and hovers. It happened twice. It was a delightful experience to begin the day with Paul knowing I would be missing him greatly soon enough.

How do you spend your lunch hour?
The Ethnic Dance Festival kicked off with a free concert at City Hall of Mexican, then Brazilian, then inviting all to dance. Coni and Jo were there who I see at East Bay concerts and took pictures of me and newly made friend Belinda of Victoria, Australia. What a frenzy of fun, drums and dancing. Then I saw Belinda again outside and walked back to Market Street with her.
